What We Do

Columbia Publication manages every stage of professional book publishing under one engagement. Editorial, cover design, interior formatting, ISBN registration and global distribution to Amazon KDP, IngramSpark and 40+ retail platforms — handled by a dedicated Book Production Manager assigned to each author from the first consultation through to launch.

Every author retains 100% of their intellectual property rights and 100% of their royalties permanently. Columbia Publication charges a one-time flat fee for professional services and receives nothing from ongoing book sales.

How We Work

Each engagement begins with a free consultation. The manuscript is reviewed, scope is confirmed in writing, and a dedicated Book Production Manager is assigned. Every stage — editorial, cover, formatting, distribution — requires author sign-off before advancing. Nothing goes to print until the author approves it.

Pricing is transparent and confirmed before any commitment is made. There are no post-signing upsells and no additional packages added after the engagement starts.
