What We Do
Columbia Publication manages every stage of professional book publishing under one engagement. Editorial, cover design, interior formatting, ISBN registration and global distribution to Amazon KDP, IngramSpark and global retail and library channels, handled by a dedicated Book Production Manager assigned to each author from the first consultation through to launch.
Every author retains 100% of their intellectual property rights and 100% of their royalties permanently. Columbia Publication charges a one-time flat fee for professional services and receives nothing from ongoing book sales.
How We Work
Each engagement begins with a free consultation. The manuscript is reviewed, scope is confirmed in writing, and a dedicated Book Production Manager is assigned. Every stage, editorial, cover, formatting, distribution, requires author sign-off before advancing. Nothing goes to print until the author approves it.
Pricing is transparent and confirmed before any commitment is made. There are no post-signing upsells and no additional packages added after the engagement starts.

Columbia Publication is a US-based book publishing and printing company, based in Arlington, Virginia. Our team brings over ten years of combined experience across publishing, editorial, production, design, distribution and marketing.
Our editorial leadership is named. Gia K., our Director of Editorial and Book Production, reviews every manuscript request personally.
We do not publicly identify anyone involved in a confidential ghostwriting project. Ghostwriting is a significant part of our work, and naming anyone involved would breach the premise of the service.
How we work, and what that means for your rights
Columbia Publication is a paid publishing service.
A vanity publisher takes payment, takes rights, and produces a book regardless of whether it should exist. You pay for work performed, you retain 100% of your rights and royalties, you own the finished files, and you can take your book elsewhere at any time.
We are not a traditional publisher either. We do not pay advances and we do not acquire rights.
