If you decide to discontinue our services while your project is still in progress, we will refund the unused portion of your payment on a pro-rata basis.

3. Projects Older Than 90 Days

Refund requests for payments made 90 days or more prior to the request date are not eligible for a partial or full refund, regardless of the project’s status (active, on hold, or completed).

4. Prepaid and Subscription Plans

Prepaid or long-term plans billed in advance may be refunded on a pro-rata basis in the event of early cancellation. Refunds are calculated based on the standard (non-discounted) monthly rate of services already rendered.
