The short answer

The manuscript must be complete and structurally final; books that need developmental editing or rewriting take longer, and the publisher says so before any payment. Its standard publishing timeline is 4 to 9 weeks, from $1,499 for Global Publish (4 to 5 weeks) to $2,499 for Full Production (7 to 9 weeks), with the 60-day copyedited schedule confirmed in a written quote after a free manuscript review. Amazon KDP review typically takes 24 to 72 hours; IngramSpark review takes 3 to 5 business days. Wider distribution to Barnes & Noble, Kobo, Apple Books and other retailers activates through IngramSpark after approval.
Readiness
Sixty days from manuscript to a published book on Amazon and IngramSpark is achievable for manuscripts that are complete and structurally final. It is not achievable for manuscripts that still need to be rewritten, significantly expanded or reorganized, and we assess this before committing to any date.
Complete means every chapter is written, the book has a beginning, middle and end, and you are not planning to add material after submission. It does not need to be perfect: the copyedit handles grammar, clarity, consistency and accuracy. The edit is where we improve what you have written, not where we write what you have not.

Who uses it
Walking into a keynote, workshop or panel with your book in hand is the fastest credentialing move available on a fixed day. If the event is 60 to 90 days out and the manuscript is done, the book arrives first.
A book published with a new service, practice or product keeps working long after the launch campaign ends. It needs a publisher who can hit a calendar target.

When 60 days is not enough
If the assessment shows structural work is needed (reorganization, significant additions or substantial rewrites), 60 days is not achievable without compromising the book. We will tell you that in the free assessment, not after you have paid. Developmental editing adds two to three weeks to production, plus the time you need for your own rewrites.
When it is done
The event arrives and so does the book. It is live on Amazon with a proper description and categories, orderable by bookstores through IngramSpark, and your author copies are at the venue. Nobody in the room knows it was produced in eight weeks; they just know you wrote the book.
